	Las Cruces Youth Baseball Association
	The Las Cruces Youth Baseball Association (LCYBA) program is operated for the benefit of the youth in Doña Ana County. The Program’s objectives are to stress sportsmanship and teach skills of the game of baseball. The managers and coaches for the teams will be selected from adults interested in youth development and who are in agreement with the objectives of the program. This year, LCYBA has decide to change to single age divisions. Please click on the Division button to check your child's appropriate age group.

Eligibility: Player must register for the appropriate age group. A player may move up to a higher division but not down. If a player does move up to a higher divison he/she may not move back down again. Single age divisions will be in effect in all divisions of LCYBA.

Terms and Conditions below:

I give permission for the previously named player to participate in any and all activities of the team and LCYBA. I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of those activities and transport to and from the same. The player and I release, absolve, indemnify and hold harmless any and all organizers, sponsors, members, supervisors, managers, coaches and volunteers of the LCYBA and waive claims against them in the event of personal injury to the player. The player and I further release from liability any person transporting the player to and from LCYBA activities.

The player and I will coomply with LCYBA standing Rules and I have the opportunity to review the team managers's copy of the said rules.

The player is a resident of the state of New Mexico.

The player meets the age requirements for the division in which he/she is participation.

I have/will show an original state issued birth certificate to the division VP.

I understand that once a player has been signed to a team, he/she will not be allowed to move to another team of his/her choice. If it becomes necessary to transfoer a player to another team it will be done through the players pool and no preference will be given to the or a team. Transfers will take plave prior to the first game of the season. NO TRANSFERS WILL TAKE PLACE AFTER THE SEASON BEGINS EXCEPT AS PER LCYBA BY-LAWS.
