Pangburn Shuts Out La Porte, Lake Central Indians Takes The Win

Conor Pangburn threw a shutout to lead Lake Central Indians Varsity past La Porte 5-0 on Tuesday.

Lake Central Indians Varsity put up three runs in the fifth inning. Griffin Tobias and Garrett Weber all drove in runs in the frame.

A single by Tommy Sammerson in the second inning was a positive for La Porte.

Pangburn got the win for Lake Central Indians Varsity. The righthander went seven innings, allowing zero runs on five hits, striking out 12 and walking zero.

Cam Worthington took the loss for La Porte. The pitcher went five innings, allowing five runs on four hits and striking out six.

Lake Central Indians Varsity tallied four hits in the game. Connor Misch and Tobias all had multiple hits for Lake Central Indians VarsityTobias and Misch each collected two hits to lead Lake Central Indians Varsity.
