Lake Central Shuts Out Crown Point in Regional Semi-Final

Conor Pangburn shut down Crown Point, throwing a complete game shutout and leading Lake Central Indians Varsity to a 10-0 victory on Saturday

Lake Central Indians Varsity scored four runs in the sixth inning. The offensive firepower by Lake Central Indians Varsity was led by Hunter SnyderGriffin Tobias, and Garrett Weber, all sending runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning.

A single by Gabe Stout in the second inning was a positive for Crown Point.

Pangburn pitched Lake Central Indians Varsity to victory. The pitcher allowed five hits and zero runs over six innings, striking out six and walking one.

Chris Bachman took the loss for Crown Point. The bulldog surrendered five runs on six hits over three and a third innings, striking out one and walking zero.
