Indians Over New Prairie In A Blow-Out Victory, 16-4

Lake Central Indians Varsity coasted to an easy victory over New Prairie 16-4 on Saturday

In the first inning, Lake Central Indians Varsity got their offense started when Weber, G homered on a 0-1 count, scoring three runs.

Smith, B led the Lake Central Indians Varsity to victory on the hill. The lefthander went two innings, allowing three runs on one hit and striking out two. Warn, J and Cirks, C entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.

Kinney Joe took the loss for New Prairie. The pitcher allowed eight hits and eight runs over one inning, striking out one and walking zero.

Lake Central Indians Varsity tallied one home run on the day. Weber, G had a long ball in the first inning.

Lake Central Indians Varsity totaled 17 hits. Carra, JAdamczewski, JWarn, JSmith, BTobias, GSantana, M, and Snyder, H all had multiple hits for Lake Central Indians VarsityAdamczewski, J and Carra, J all had three hits to lead Lake Central Indians Varsity.

New Prairie was sure-handed and didn’t commit a single error. Davis Jordan made the most plays with four.
