Indians Fall Short To Valparaiso, 4-1

Caden Crowell earned the win for Valparaiso. Crowell surrendered one run on five hits over five innings, striking out two. Dillon Rodriguez threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen.

Connor Misch took the loss for Lake Central Indians Varsity. The southpaw allowed six hits and four runs over six innings, striking out eight.

Matt Santana went 2-for-4 at the plate to lead Lake Central Indians Varsity in hits.

Miles Cvelbar led Valparaiso with two hits in two at bats. Valparaiso didn’t commit a single error in the field. Aiden Hooks had six chances in the field, the most on the team.
